An easy drinking, refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop and herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean dry finish.
Pair With
Greene King IPA is a popular, lighter ale that is well matched with curry, spicy foods and lighter blue cheeses.

A nose of gentle rum notes with a warm hoppy edge, this is a full bodied ale with a rich smoothness and caramel overtones from the addition of dark, unrefined sugar with a rounded hop finish. Pusser’s Navy Rum is added to every brew of Swordfish alongside Fuggles and Goldings hops and Pale Ale, Crystal and Black malts.
