New menu at The Goose At GamstonAfter months of tweaking, tasting and playing with fire (quite literally), our new menu is here. It’s packed full of original dishes that really showcase our grill geekery, and we can’t wait for you to get stuck in.
Menu Highlights
Up first is our new Bang Bang Cauliflower starter; crispy cauliflower bites drizzled in spicy mayo and topped with charred corn pico de gallo salsa.
Love a char-grilled burger? Our brand-new Ultimate Burger is topped with smoked cheese, smoked bacon and slow cooked beef burnt ends in beef dripping gravy. Trust us, those burnt ends are insane.
The Ultimate BBQ Platter
The final word however has to go to our new Ultimate BBQ Grill Platter. This dish isn’t playing games. It includes (deep breath) BBQ glazed half roast chicken, mini rack of ribs, buttermilk chicken wings tossed in hot sauce, rosemary salted skin-on-fries, mini mac ‘n’ cheese, coleslaw, buttered corn on the cob and smoky BBQ pit beans.
As we said, this platter means business.
