BOOK A TABLE
As part of our social distancing promise we’ve reduced the number of tables available, we recommend you book ahead of visiting to guarantee availability.
We’re helping NHS Test and Trace in their effort to stop the spread of Covid-19. If asked to do so, we will provide NHS Test and Trace with your name and contact details, together with the date and time of your visit. Please see our privacy notice here for more details, including information about your data protection rights.
Please be aware that due to Government guidelines that our indoor children’s play areas will remain closed until further notice.
For so many of us, every-day life has completely changed, however there is one thing that we can rely on – the pub is still the pub!
Our pubs are more than just a place to eat and drink, they are the hub of the community. From catching up with friends in a beer garden to enjoying a Sunday roast with the family, the pub is there for all occasions and at Greene King, this is still the same.
With our traditional pub food, fine selection of drinks and unbeatable atmosphere, the Great British pub will always be the best place to be.
Please read the following information ahead of your visit.
Thank you for your booking. As we re-open our pubs, we will make sure that they are safe as possible for both you as a guest and also for our team members, whilst also following the latest government guidelines.
We have made some key changes to the way we operate and therefore please read the following information ahead of your visit, so you know what to expect when you arrive.
On arrival please make your way directly to the main entrance to meet our Pub Safe Host who will manage your booking.
To avoid the need to queue, we advise you to download the Greene King ‘Order and Pay app’ ahead of your visit. The app will allow you to place your order from the table with all drinks and meals served directly to your table (excluding carvery and breakfast buffet). Find out more here.
For guests wishing to enjoy our carvery, we ask that once you place your order please wait until you are invited to join the carvery queue by one of the pub team. This will help us reduce queues and maintain safe social distancing within the pub.
Your carvery will now be served behind protective screens by one of the carvery team, however you are still free to choose exactly how you would like your meal to be built.
Our toilets will operate social distancing by allowing one person in at a time with regular hygiene checks.
We look forward to you joining us. Should you have any questions about how we intend to keep you and our teams safe during your visit, you will find more details on the Pub Safe section here.
