Take on the Chick n Mix Challenge


6 Louisiana-style chicken strips, 5 battered chicken balls, 6 chicken wings, a southern fried chicken skewer and a chicken skewer. Giant rack of smoked pork ribs coated in Texan-style BBQ glaze, served with a large portion of seasoned fries, 2 corn on the cobs, coleslaw and baked beans in BBQ sauce with Jack Daniel’s®


Take on the Mac Xcalibur Challenge


3 chicken schnitzels; two topped with smoked streaky bacon mac-n-cheese and drizzled with Texan style BBQ sauce. one topped with jalapeno mac 'n' cheese and piri piri, and skewered with a southern fried chicken skewer. Served with a large portion of chips and 2 corn on the cobs.


Take on the Big Mexican Burger Challenge


4 flame-grilled beef burgers with cheese topped with beef burnt ends chilli con came. TABASCO Scorpion Sauce in a bun with mayo. baby gem lettuce tomato and red onion, and skewered with a flame-grilled chilli. Served with a generous portion of tortilla chips and seasoned fries loaded with nacho cheese sauce. tomato salsa pico de gallo, sour cream and jalapenos
