SIGNATURE BBQ BEEF BURGER
Beef burger with burger sauce, topped with IPA BBQ beef burnt ends, mature Cheddar and crispy shallots. Served with an IPA BBQ dip.
HAND-BATTERED CHICKEN BURGER
Hand-battered Cajun chicken breast with mayo, sliced tomato and red onion. Served with spicy Tabasco® mayo.
CRISPY CHICKEN IN A BASKET
Two pieces of hand-battered crispy Cajun chicken breast, served with rosemary-salted skin on fries, dressed mixed leaves and chicken gravy or garlic kiev sauce.

All our steaks are expertly aged for up to 28 days. Served with half a grilled tomato, onion ring, chips and fresh watercress. For a lighter option, swap your steak accompaniments for a fresh, lightly dressed salad.
BRAISED LAMB HOT POT PIE
8 hour slow cooked diced lamb with onions, carrot and swede in a rich flavoursome stock with a rosemary, garlic & coriander puff pastry lid. Served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of mash or chips.
GOAT’S CHEESE & ROASTED PUMPKIN TART (V)
Topped with pumpkin seeds and served with roasted butternut squash and beetroot with Tenderstem™ broccoli and a dressed salad.
VANILLA CRÈME BRÛLÉE
Perfectly caramelised on the top with smooth custard underneath, served with shortbread and a fresh strawberry.
STRAWBERRY & PROSECCO CHOUX BUN
Choux bun filled with mascarpone cream, whipped cream, strawberries in a Prosecco compote, garnished with strawberries and a raspberry coulis.
